Through our asTech and RED brands, they help repairers deliver safe, accurate vehicle repairs using cutting-edge technology and expert support. With continued growth across our UK operations, we are looking for a Junior Support Coordinator to join their team in Peterlee.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable business and operational experience while working closely with the Operations Manager. You'll play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating office activities, and helping ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations, with opportunities to develop and grow your career along the way.

What You'll Be Doing.

As our Junior Support Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming support calls and assisting with customer enquiries
  • Coordinating customer call-backs and ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Performing data entry and maintaining records within company systems
  • Supporting IMI activities, including booking tests and examinations
  • Acting as an Invigilator when required
  • Processing DOD and Enterprise data capture forms
  • Managing customer account additions and removals
  • Updating office systems, databases, and Excel spreadsheets
  • Assisting with DHL shipments to customers when required
  • Supporting travel arrangements and trade show coordination
  • Organising office hospitality and internal events
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

 

We're looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification
  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused approach

Working Environment

This role is based in our professional Peterlee office and involves the regular use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. The position requires candidates to be able to reliably commute to Peterlee (SR8 2RU) or relocate before starting.
